Our vouchers have no expiry date - they are valid indefinitely and can be redeemed at any time.

Yes. The voucher is freely transferable - you can give it as a gift, and the recipient does not have to be named.

Both are possible: a digital PDF (arrives quickly by email, usually within one working day - even at short notice) or a high-quality card printed on board by post. You choose in the form.

For all of our shoots: couple, family, portrait & creative. You do not have to decide anything when giving it - every voucher can be redeemed for any shoot.

The digital PDF usually within one working day after confirmation. The printed card version comes by post (1-3 working days).

After your enquiry we send you an invoice - you pay conveniently by bank transfer. As soon as the payment arrives, you receive your voucher (digital usually within one working day).

Yes - on request with the recipient’s name and a personal message (just note it in the form). Especially lovely on the printed card version.

All our shoots are all-inclusive: no photo limit and professionally edited images. Per shoot that is usually about 1 hour in front of the camera and around 50 to 75 edited images (or more). You will find the exact details for each shoot on the prices pages.

In Vienna, Lower Austria & Burgenland - at a beautiful spot in nature or at your home. We agree on your preferred location together.

Yes, gladly - for example for several recipients or as a gift for the team. Just tell us in the form how many you would like, and we sort out the rest easily.

On your voucher you will find a code (or QR code). Enter it on our redemption page or scan the QR code - then we arrange your appointment together.
